What if I'm not flexible?
All yoga styles increase flexibility. In a hot yoga class expect rapid results; the
heat helps warm up the muscles so you will stretch more easily.
How often should I practice?
We suggest approximately 3-5 times per week. The benefits of yoga and Pilates are
cumulative, the more you do the stronger and better you feel.
Which Yoga is most suitable for a beginner?
Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow Yoga (Hot or non hot depending on your preference) are
generally slower paced and excellent for a beginners/intermediates. Flow/Vinyasa Flow are
also suitable, however these classes are generally faster and more vigorous.
Will I lose weight?
The answer is yes. The amount depends on how much effort you are willing to exert. many
people report that the kind of holistic exercise we offer is enjoyable and this helps them
to practice regularly.
