 Welcome to Tula West Yoga Studio

Tula West is soon to be under new ownership.

We hereby welcome Union Yoga to 956 Bloor St West. Tula West classes will continue until Sunday July 27th and then Union Yoga will commence their own schedule beginning Tuesday August 5th, after the long weekend. The studio will be closed July 28th to August 4th.

Please note our reduced hours for this coming weekend:

  • Saturday July 26 - 9:30am Hot Hatha Flow, 11am Hot Hatha, 5pm Hot Gentle Hatha *all other classes cancelled
  • Sunday July 27 - 10:30am Hot Hatha, 12:30pm Pilates, 5:30pm Hot Power Flow *all other classes cancelled

We are a team that provides detailed class instruction and high quality therapeutic treatments in a spa setting. Our services include Hot Hatha/Hot Power Flow Yoga and Hot Pilates Classes in our heated studio, and Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga and Pilates Classes in our regular temperature studio. Spa treatments include Massage Therapy, Facials, Waxing, Sugaring, Threading, Herbal/Mud body wraps and Manicures/Pedicures. We also offer Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Pilates Teacher Training courses in the city of Toronto.

What you will find at Tula Fitness Spa is space, 3500 sq.ft of it... space to breathe, grow and relax... Our goal is to create a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, a space of inner and outer renewal that revitalizes your whole self.

Our Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates classes are between 35-40 degrees, we do not go higher than this. Above 40 is EXTREME heat and we do not advocate this for health reasons.
