  Tula Hot Yoga Guidelines

It is our intention to create a welcoming and respectful environment for you to practice yoga and pilates, a space that is conducive to well-being and personal growth. Our staff and instructors are here for you so please do not hesitate to ask if there is something that you require. We also pride ourselves on maintaining a clean studio along with a great atmosphere!

In order to help us maintain the best environment possible, please help us by reading the following:

  • Please keep talking to a minimum once inside the hot studio, you may whisper quietly if needed.
  • Pace yourself: you may take a break if needed and sit quietly on the floor and have a sip of water. Look after yourself, do not feel pressured to continue an exercise if you are feeling unwell.
  • Please avoid leaving the room during class as it is distracting for other students: exceptions are sickness or using the bathroom.
  • At the end of class we take Savasana (resting pose). This is a quiet time for people to relax or meditate, if you need to leave during Savasana please do so very quietly.
  • After class please spray your mats with the disinfectant and hang to dry on the mat racks.
  • If you have sweated considerably during your practice please clean up your floor space before you leave the class.
  • PLEASE TURN YOUR CELL PHONE OFF UPON ENTERING STUDIO. WE ASK YOU TO REFRAIN FROM TEXT MESSAGING AS WELL.
  • NAMASTE means I recognize and honor the highest self in you and in me.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ENTER DURING SITTING MEDITATION
