We are pleased to announce the opportunity to learn with Master Yoga and Ayurveda
Teachers from India, California and Toronto this September, 2010. These advanced teachings
are open to existing Yoga Teachers and Ayurvedic Practitioners with a minimum of 200 hours
of certified training. Upon completion of the program, you will be a Certified
Ayurvurvedic-Yoga Practitioner.
The study of Yoga is only fully comprehended when one is able to learn the application of
its sister-science, Ayurveda. In many North American teachings, asana is the primary focus
of Yoga yet it is only one of the 8 limbs. To understand Yoga or Union, one must fully
become aware of separation. That is, to understand wholeness, we must understand our
relationship to the Self and the Macrocosm. We invite you to connect with the authentic
teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda. Enhance your skills and understanding of this holistic
philosophy and bridge your consciousness into greater awareness.
This is a rare opportunity to learn how Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and Pranayama work
together to create and integrate wholeness. Increase your understanding and share the
teachings to enrich your life, and the lives of others.
