Grace Dubery has been practicing yoga since 2002, and teaching since 2006. While
trained and experienced in a number of styles, her teaching is rooted in a deep personal
exploration of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. The physical practices of yoga are a gateway,
not an end in themselves. An individual's journey inward must ultimately lead back
outward, to engagement with the community. This growing realization has inspired her to
deepen her commitment to development projects, both locally and abroad.
Nicole Mahabir is an Ayurvedic Therapist and Educator who teaches workshops on
various aspects of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Yoga and Energy Medicine. Her education includes
extensive studies in Marma Therapy, Ayurveda, Ayu-Yog and Energy Medicine. The path of
Yoga is a spiritual process of internalization and knowing the Self. It is a guide toward
understanding our true nature, so that we may fully embrace our human potential, and
embody all that we are. Nicole brings the practice of Yoga to life, through teaching,
healing and counseling.
