help. Two downtown locations offer a full schedule of hot yoga and pilates classes to help

instruction and high quality therapeutic treatments in a spa setting. Our services include
Hot Hatha/Hot Power Flow Yoga and Hot Pilates in our heated studio, and Hatha/Vinyasa Flow
yoga and Pilates in our regular temperature studio. Spa treatments include Massage
Therapy, Facials, Waxing, Sugaring, Threading, Herbal/Mud body wraps and
Manicures/Pedicures. We also offer Yoga Teacher Training
Courses and Pilates Teacher Training courses in the city of Toronto.

NOTE - HOT CLASSES:
Our Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates classes are between 35-40 degrees, we do not go
higher than this. Above 40 is EXTREME heat and we do not advocate this for
health reasons. |
