The goal and objective of the course is to provide sound knowledge of yoga as well as teach the applicant the fundamental physical yoga skills. This will enable the applicant to teach and conduct classes in the yoga industry with confidence and ease. Click here for more information.

Welcome to Tula Fitness Spa. It is our vision to create an exceptional, pristine healing space, an urban oasis within the core of Toronto. The concept is a broad, balanced group of holistic services that are complimentary to one another. We are a team that provides detailed class instruction and high quality therapeutic treatments in a spa setting. Our services include Hot Hatha/Hot Power Flow Yoga and Hot Pilates in our heated studio, and Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga and Pilates in our regular temperature studio. Spa treatments include Massage Therapy, Facials, Waxing, Sugaring, Threading, Herbal/Mud body wraps and Manicures/Pedicures. We also offer Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Pilates Teacher Training courses in the city of Toronto.

What you will find at Tula Fitness Spa is space, 3500 sq.ft of it... space to breathe, grow and relax... Our goal is to create a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, a space of inner and outer renewal that revitalizes your whole self.

NOTE - HOT CLASSES:
Our Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates classes are between 35-40 degrees, we do not go higher than this. Above 40 is EXTREME heat and we do not advocate this for health reasons.
