  Welcome to Tula Downtown

Thank you! Tula is the Runner Up in NOW Magazines Best of Toronto poll for Best Workout Studio.

We are sincerely touched and honored that out of all the places in Toronto you took the time to vote for us. We look forward to continuing to provide a quality, unique and innovative experience at Tula.

A little holiday shape is nothing a trip to Tula Fitness Spa can't help. Two downtown locations offer a full schedule of hot yoga and pilates classes to help you sweat out December's bubbly and gingerbread binges. After all that stretching, indulge in a deep tissue massage or rejuvenation facial at the house spa.
