Some of our classes are themed Hot Rock Yoga (rock music) and Hip Hop Flow Yoga (hip hop). Please view our Schedule page for any of these classes.

Tula Central offers Pilates privates, semi private and group for both Mat and Equipment classes, as well as, Yoga privates and semi privates.

Tula specializes in personal training for everyday people, athletes, and dancers. We also specialize in injury repair and prevention. Talk to your physiotherapist, physician or chiropractor for a referral. Put your health benefits to work.

Visiting Tula Central for your first time? Arriving at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled class times will help ensure space availability. You will be required to complete a health form. A copy of which can be printed here. Please make sure all information fields are completed and signed.
