Tula Yoga Spa is an urban oasis located within Toronto central and Toronto west offering a variety of services that heal the body and nourish the soul. Whatever your goal: relaxation, weight loss or self empowerment, we welcome you!

Tula Yoga Spa services include Hot Yoga, Pilates and Spa treatments. We offer Hot Hatha/Hot Power Flow Yoga and Hot Pilates in our heated studio, and Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Pilates in our regular temperature studio. Directors are trained in Bikram Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We certify teachers in our Yoga Teacher Training in Toronto to teach Hot Yoga as well as Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We offer Yoga classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced. Spa treatments include Registered Massage Therapy, Facials, Ayurveda, Shirodhara, Waxing, Sugaring, Brazilian waxing and sugaring, Threading, Microdermabrasion for skin rejuvenation, Herbal/Mud Body Wraps and Manicures/Pedicures.
